I can’t believe how many unique wedding ideas there are out there. When you decide to plan your wedding, you will be amazed at all the different wedding supplies that they have to offer. I wish I would have known about all there is on the web, when I was planning my wedding. If I had use of the unique wedding favor selection, I know I would go for the storybook wedding. I looked at all the fantastic accessories and reception supplies they have for a fairy tale motif and it is simply unbelievable. I saw beautiful bridal veils that you could get in short or long with awesome rhinestones on them and the one I liked the best was a floral veil with embroidery around the edges. You could also choose from a lot of gorgeous tiaras that would be a perfect match for my favorite veil. I think I would have picked that one for my fairytale wedding.

I found one that was perfect for my storybook wedding with baskets, pillows with lots of satin and lace that match my wedding and even had albums, guestbooks and unity candles that went with my theme. You would not have to worry about planning the wedding you always wanted, because of the huge selection they have to offer. I would have chosen the carriage candle as a gift for my guests, and I probably would have bought one for myself too, they’re so adorable. Thursday, August 27th, 2009Finding everything I needed for my wedding ceremony and reception was a lot of work, but went I went to pick out a gift for I bridesmaids, I realized that the other things had only been half of the battle. I had a really difficult time finding exactly what I wanted to get for them. A number of favors for reception guests and people who stand up in your wedding are out there on the web. Narrowing it down was the big challenge. I found some bargains on thank you presents, too. One particular eight-piece set I found saved me a lot of money; it had a pillow for the ring bearer, a basket for the flower girl, a pen and sign-in book for guests, and several other things, all in one. I spent a whole lot less than I expected on that. Instead of having to buy each piece separately, I was able to purchase it all together at a great low price.
While looking for the thank you gifts for my bridesmaids, I found a very lovely jewelry box I thought they all might like to have. In fact there were a few nice wedding jewelry boxes that I could choose from. Since I was having such a hard time making up my mind on which one I wanted to order, I decided to move on to the rest of my wedding needs and get back to the thank you gifts for my girls later. I had some shopping to do yet for the reception; the ceremony was pretty well set. One thing that was on my plate, so to speak, was finding a wedding cake topper, and another was picking out wedding gifts for my friends and relatives, so I paid attention to those two next. The topper I finally decided on was a bride and groom embracing and it was really quite lovely on top of our wedding cake. I almost picked one out that had embossed silver intials and crystals, but after looking through a whole bunch of possibilities, I went with our mini bride and groom. Now, I had everything but the gifts for my girls, so I had to make a final decision. I bought them all a piece of unique wedding jewelry, and I put it in cheap jewelry boxes. I chose a beautiful rhinestone bracelet for all of them. It may sound like that was a bit extravagant, but it wasn’t. It turned out to be the best day of my life and we all had such a great time at the reception. Two single people drew some attention: my husband’s brother snatched the garter out of the air, and my sister won the bouquet toss. Is it just coincidence, or is it fate? If anything came of it and my sister and his brother end up married, that means my sister would also be my sister in law. Anything is possible!

You can do just about anything you want at your wedding and reception now a days. There are so many directions that the lucky couple can go in when they plan out the day they get married. One great avenue to look into is the destination wedding theme, along with destination honeymoons. You will have to purchase quite a few things in order to hold your wedding, regardless of the type of theme of style you decide to go with. I chose to go on the web and search out all the decorations, gifts and other accessories I needed for our wedding day. It was so much easier and way cheaper to do it that way, than to hit all the wedding shops in town. Exquisite Heart Wedding!
Wednesday, June 10th, 2009With all the themes there are available for weddings and receptions these days, sometimes choosing just the right one can be a problem. I really like the beach wedding theme, having a reception party on the beach sounds like a lot of fun, but since we were planning a February ceremony, I decided to check out what they have for a hearts wedding. There was everything I could possibly need for a heart wedding, even some pretty awesome heart favors for our guests gifts. So, the theme was decided, it’s love.
But that was only the beginning, after I mailed out the invitations I had to start planning the décor and ordering the supplies I would need. I bought large scarlet bows made of velvet to put on the church pews with a ribbon that would run from one pew to the next. The unity candle we used had a design of tiny roses put together to form a heart shape on the front of it, and the rest of the candle decorations made the altar look exquisite. On the scene at the wedding, we put many pink and red roses mixed together, in the floral bouquet that I carried. I even went as far as to have caged doves to be released as we exited the church.
The wedding apparel that would be worn by those who were going to be in the wedding had already been selected. I picked out a white satin basket that had bows and lace decorating it for our flower girl. There was a white double hearts wedding themed pillow with a pair of gold hearts on it that we got for our ring boy to use, along with a white ribbon made of satin for the rings. My bridal tiara was a pretty good match for the one that I picked out for the flower girl to wear in the ceremony. She wore a pretty pink dress, made for a flower girl, and she did such a wonderful job as a flower girl and looked so brilliant that I thought she did look like royalty. With his tiny tuxedo and red boutonniere, the ring bearer boy did as good of a job and he looked just as adorable. He carried the ring pillow like a pro and kept in step with the rest of the wedding party. I was so proud of both of them.
The centerpieces we had made up for the reception dinner had tiny hearts intermixed with roses that were white, pink, and red. On each of the reception tables were little two hearts wedding candles to set the romantic mood of the theme I had chosen, and at each setting was the nicest place card holder I could find. The wedding favors we got our guests should be a terrific souvenir from our wedding; they had handles in the shape of a heart attached to tiny silver bells. There were frosting hearts all around the bottom layer of our wedding cake, and each layer was decked out in pink and red roses all around. Our hearts wedding cake had a white porcelain topper on it that complimented the rest of our cake décor beautifully.
Our entire wedding day called to mind love and Valentine’s Day, filled with flowers and hearts galore. I feel fortunate that I was able to use the Internet to the extent that I did because it made everything much more efficient.

The way some of them are put together, however, they look very nice, and they are don’t cost much. Before seeing the beautiful concepts for keychain wedding favors, I had never considered giving them out. They had keychains for themed weddings, like storybook themes, Las Vegas themes and beach themed keychains too. My favorite and the one we chose for our guests were the key chain party favors with a neat little measuring tape attached. Talk about being useful. I also liked the engagement ring key chain favors, with a small rhinestone studded band. Who knew there would be so many different styles and themes for keychains? It’s not just weddings either; there is a cool keychain favor for baby or bridal showers.
There were even more options than that at this Internet site that I found. There were all kinds of themed wedding and reception accessories to choose from too. You should see the wedding cake topper we had for our gorgeous cake. The wedding cake topper, which looked lovely as it was, had my groom and my initials in silver, and then accented by small, shimmering crystals. We had a lovely knife cake serving set too, with handles that were designed as bride and groom wedding attire. We picked out crystal wine glasses and champagne flutes that sparkled at our table, and at our guests at their reception tables. We picked out champagne glasses and china dishes for the reception that perfectly matched the place cards holders we found on the web. The place card holders had a rather novel look to them. The place cards went on top of a daisy petal, and the daisies sat inside a wee flower pot.
Our caterers really outdid themselves with fantastic dishes and desserts and four different salads to choose from. We got some really top-notch musicians to play at our banquet hall for the reception. My fiance was able to pull a few strings and get one of the best local bands in the area. Whatever song you wanted to hear, this group could do it really well. The band made our first dance as husband and wife a very memorable moment indeed. One of our guests liked them so much, he hired them on the spot to play at his son’s engagement party next month.
It really, truly was the most perfect wedding and the most perfect reception that I could have ever imagined. We will have a lot of memories captured between the photographer we had there and the video that we shot of our ceremony and our first dance. The two memory books I got will be more than filled up with all of the pictures we took that day. I purchased a coffee table album to put in our family room as well. It’s really beautiful with a silver metal frame with two lovely hearts. Oh, and then I got a photo album for our honeymoon pictures as well, since I knew that Cancun would have plenty of opportunites for taking great photos. So, when it came to photos, we were all set.
Taking my vows with my husband in front of all of our loved ones is something that I will cherish for the rest of my life. It was the most important day of my life and I have lots of memories and keepsakes stored away to prove it. The honeymoon wasn’t too shabby either.

I lucked out and found just about everything I would need for my wedding day. With all the new changes in bridal fashion there is today, you have such a large variety of choices. I planned to order everything from my bridal hair accessories to my bridal handkerchief and more. There is also much to choose from when it comes to themed wedding ceremonies and receptions.
We had no problem choosing the theme we wanted for our wedding and reception, it had to be a beach theme. The beach has been a special place for us and our friends ever since we were kids.
I ordered beach invitations right away so they would be on their way to our friends and family, first thing. Everyone answered with a definite yes, and everyone seemed really excited about sharing this day with us. With that out of the way it was time to start looking for all of my wedding accessories I would need for the ceremony. I was surprised at all the accessories they carried for weddings and receptions, and I shop online quite a bit. The first thing ordered was the exquisite hair comb and tiara to wear on my wedding day. Not only did I find the perfect hair accessories, but my wedding jewelry too. My wedding dress and the lovely necklace and earring set I ordered for my wedding day looked fantastic together. It was so beautiful with little pearls and glistening crystals, it looked fantastic.
There were a lot of bridal fashion accessories that were so beautiful and most of the items were reasonable in price. I ordered some things for our honeymoon too. I know that a short thin materialed dress would have been more appropriate for a beach ceremony, but I had my heart set on my full length gown. My bridesmaids wore a light weight satin dress for my wedding and so did my little flower girl. Everyone of them looked stunning and my flower girl was so adorable.
There were torches around the reception area and the dance floor was lit up with little white lights we had strung around. On the reception tables there were seashells and starfish scattered about and place card holders that were adorable little sailboats. I didn’t want to give our guests some useless wedding favor that would be stuck in a drawer and forgotten, so we gave them beach themed picture frames as thank you gifts. I think they all liked the frames as much as I did.
On the bride and groom table were our toasting flutes, lovely candles in their beach theme holders and lots of lovely tealights. Our wedding cake topper was especially designed for a beach wedding just as all our other accessories for our reception. A man and woman taking a casual walk on the shore was the wedding cake topper I chose for our reception. Thanks to all the supplies and bridal accessories I had to choose from, our wedding and reception was everything I had hoped it would be. We danced, ate tons of seafood, like shrimp, crab, lobster and of course we had other foods for those that didn’t like seafood. We danced to some really great tunes and enjoyed the fantastic foods that were prepared and just had one heck of a beach party. If it wasn’t for going on our honeymoon, I never would have left our terrific beach party.
After we returned from our honeymoon, I had to get down to writing all the thank you notes to our guests. My beach themed picture album has all the memories within its beautiful covers for me to enjoy anytime I want to look back on our special beach wedding and reception.

Monday, May 18th, 2009I was sitting on my couch thinking about how much better I felt about my body and about myself when I was in my twenties. I enjoyed physical exercise, and you could tell by looking at what a toned body I had. I needed assistance in planning my wedding and talked to my sister to see if she could help me with the planning. My sister agreed to help me and was excited about it. Planning a wedding shower is time consuming, but I couldn’t wait to start planning it. I always was good at planning showers, so I knew I could make this wedding shower a success. There was not a whole lot of time for me to plan my shower and I thought I better get started soon.
Me and my sister were looking for a place to have the shower and enough space for all the guests. We found a hall close by my home. We then went searching on the internet for all the decorations and gifts. We found a lot of themed wedding shower ideas that were so adorable. I bought all my decorations and gifts for the shower. I did not want my shower to end, because I had so much fun and so did my guests.

My shower was a success and will be in my memory always. I am so glad that my sister was there to plan the shower with me.
